The Work

I have built and led enterprise learning functions, written complete leadership programs and courses, and developed learning strategies for global and multi-site organizations. My work connects leadership development to the realities leaders and teams are expected to navigate every day.

I bring that same experience to Spelman College as an Adjunct Professor, where I teach adult learners and have written complete programs and courses in Leadership, Business, and Entrepreneurship. Whether I am working inside an organization or in the classroom, the goal is practical learning that develops stronger leaders and improves performance.
